They don't call you ever.you have to go over there to find out what's going on and harass them to even get them to order your floor or schedule to get it done. Then they send a guy who doesn't know what he's doing very well. Who put two holes in my brand new fridge using his dolly. Never would I use them again or recommend them to anyone else.they are cheapest floors. But their service shows why their so cheep
